City of Fayetteville Stormwater Study for Flood Management and Water Quality Funding

The City of Fayetteville is in the midst of a study on stormwater control. The purpose of the study effort is to present options for sustainable funding for stormwater management, to reduce flooding, and protect water quality. The City is bringing a set of bond items to the people on April 9, 2019 for a vote of authorization to spend up to $226,065,000 to refinance the remaining Sales and Use Tax Revenue Bonds and provide for the issuance of additional bonds as defined below, at NO EXTRA COST TO THE TAXPAYER.
